Prescriptions and Pharmacies

We will keep your preferred pharmacy information on file, but we are generally not able to accommodate requests for multiple pharmacies. If your care requires the prescription of chronic controlled substances (determined at Dr. Stanciu’s discretion), you will need to sign a separate agreement.

It is patient’s responsibility to keep our office updated with the correct local or mail order pharmacy information

Insurance Billing

This practice does not participate in any public or private third-party payor programs or health insurance benefit plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. However, if you have commercial or private insurance, please provide us with your current insurance information and we will provide you with documentation so you can submit it for reimbursement.

Dr. Stanciu can only see patients via Telehealth who reside in Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Minnesota, Mississippi, and Wyoming.

You need to make sure you have an appropriate internet connection in order to have quality communication. Your visit will be rescheduled if the communication (video and audio) is not appropriate.
